At Rahella Beauty Bar, all orders are fulfilled through our 5–10 business day pre-order system. Please review the details below to understand how shipping and delivery work before placing your order.
Processing Time:
• All products are made and prepared through a pre-order system.
• Orders require 5–10 business days to process before shipping.
• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping:
• A tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped.
• Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule.
• Rahella Beauty Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery:
• Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Rahella Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
• Any delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Additional Notes:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns for delayed shipping or carrier-related issues.
